Call for Submissions

Important information: please read before submitting
iHEA is accepting abstracts for individual presentations and proposals for organized sessions.
There is no submission fee and you do not have to be an iHEA member. You will, however, be required to login with your iHEA username and password.
If you don't know your iHEA username or password then:
Abstracts must be submitted by the person who intends presenting the paper in the case of individual abstracts, and by the organizer in the case of an organized session.
We encourage the submission of abstracts on unpublished research. However, research should be sufficiently advanced that the results will be available for presentation in July 2021.
You may submit a maximum of two abstracts where you would be the presenter; this could be:
- two individual abstracts,
- one individual abstract and one as part of an organized session, or
- presentations as part of two organized sessions
You will be asked to choose up to three health economics sub-fields. Please download the table of sub-fields here and decide on your preferred sub-fields before starting to submit your abstract.

Guidelines for submitting an organized session proposal:
- Organized session proposals must be submitted by the organizer. To assist organizers in gathering all information they will be required to submit, please download this document with details of all organized session fields.
- The session should include at least 3 and no more than 4 papers to be presented.
- The inclusion of at least one discussant is encouraged.
- Please ensure that you accurately complete all sections of the submission forms; iHEA cannot be held responsible for inability to contact you due to incorrect email addresses or for errors that appear in the program, which will be based on the information you provide now
